Restoration Youth is a vibrant ministry for Year 7 to 12 students.
We gather each Friday night of the school term at Restoration Church from 6:30 - 8:30pm.

Through Gospel clarity and relational community we seek to raise up a generation of youth who know God, know themselves and bear much fruit
WHAT TO EXPECT
At Restoration Youth your children will gather each week to share in fun, games and enjoy making new friends whilst also hearing a short message that helps to point them towards Jesus. We spend time in gendered and age-appropriate groups for discussion questions, which are lead by mature Christians who are members of the Restoration Church family and have a desire to volunteer their time to see each and every kid grow in their love and knowledge of God.
All of our leaders have been through Childsafe training, hold valid blue cards and are under the oversight of our Families Pastor. Ensuring your youth is in a loving, safe environment each week is important to us.
We don’t desire to compete with the world’s activities or ideals. We do, however, desire to have authentic relationships and Christ-focused conversations. This desire is central to what we do, and is evident in the two core pillars below:
RELATIONAL COMMUNITY
We want kids to know and be known by others within the ministry.
A key way this is done is through smaller “clumps” where the kids break into gendered, age-appropriate groups with the same leaders each week to help the youth build strong relationships and feel heard and known.
GOSPEL CLARITY
The world is full of mixed messages and there is often a strong focus to do what makes you happy or seems right in your own eyes.
At Restoration Church we seek to teach the counter-cultural ways of Jesus. We share that He is who is worth following and putting your trust into, not the things of this world. We teach that the Bible is not just an old book, but the word of God.
Each week we will have fun, play games, and may enjoy some sugar, however, we will always have a focus and desire to help the youth see clearly that Jesus died for them and wants to be in a relationship with them.
