NEPAL PARTNERSHIP

In 2022 Restoration Church formed a partnership with an Acts 29 church in Nepal called Message of the Cross. We encourage you to join us in praying for our brothers and sisters in Nepal and at Message of the Cross, including their Lead Pastor, Narayan.

Compassion Australia

As a church, we sponsor a Compassion child in Indonesia named Satria. He is 8 years old, lives with both his mother and father, who is sometimes employed as a day labourer. We encourage our church to continue to pray for him and his family regularly.

As of January 2023 there are 179 Compassion children sponsored from 25 countries by people within our church.

The countries where our families currently support Compassion children are in:

Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand, Togo, Uganda.

Prayer Guide

Below are some ways that you could consider praying for other countries, their people, their faith and their leadership.

  1. Pray that God will strengthen the body of believers in this country and that they will rely on Him in all they do. Pray specifically for those whose faith is being tested through heavy persecution.

  2. Pray that God will soften the hearts and open the eyes of those who do not yet know Him in this country. Pray for anyone who persecutes our brothers and sisters, that they may trust in Jesus and have a personal relationship with Him.

  3. Pray for God to guide the church leadership in this country through decisions that need to be made.

  4. Pray for the political of this country, that they will know the One who truly reigns and makes decisions that glorify Him.

  5. Pray that God will send His people to this country to spread the Gospel and further His kingdom. May the Bible be available to the people of this country in their native language.

Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
